is it better than Nizoral?
@EagleScout
That is definitely the case for some members of this community, but not everyone.

I would have not thought of ever trying this on my face if I did not discover this wonderful community! I used this a couple of times all over my face. I did patch test it first and I would suggest this. I tend to get acne patches near my ears/temples and will sometimes treat just that area. The smell is mild for a medicated product.
I have used it as a shampoo and it helps. I have an itchy scalp and this has been an ongoing issue for years. I prefer a shampoo with bha or the ACTIVE INGREDIENT: SALICYLIC ACID, I will be trying a new shampoo for shampooing (with 4% SALICYLIC ACID) and will review later.
This has worked better for me than Nizoral (2%) as suggested on other boards. This is a keeper for me.
