I have seen my fungal acne on my forehead shrink drastically within a week of oil cleansing with this MCT Oil. I oil cleanse and massage my face for about 15 minutes to get oil plugs and black heads out and it’s really relaxing and helps put me in the mood to go to bed. 10/10 I would totally recommend this to anyone with any type of skin
