The search for a FA safe moisturizer is always an arduous one, however this one lives up to the standards. I really like the texture – it seems firm but spreads nicely, while brings a somewhat cooling sensation to the skin. It seemed to curb my FA too as I had no means of moisturizing my troubled area beforehand.

Good moisturizer for those that use retinoids. Many FA safe moisturizers are gels that don’t have enough occlusive power even for use in warmer and more humid weather, and the few that do are very expensive. This is not cheap, maybe around $24 for 120 ml in the USA but is cheaper than most and very affordable in Korea. It’s more of a lotion that leaves an oily film on the skin vs a cream like CeraVe and since it relies on oil it is not matte/dry vs a silicone occlusive. Yes it does have PEG-10 Dimethicone but the silicone amount is apparently very low, it does not pill and plays well with Differin gel.

I love this moisturizer. Finding an FA safe moisturizer was hell but I’m glad I tried this one out. I live in a hot and humid area so its not firm at all for me, spreads and absorbs pretty easily. It does leave a little oily/silky film on the skin but I wasn’t bothered by it at all. Felt like it helped make my acne calm down too. I layered it on top of benton’s aloe propolis and it still felt very nice and does not suffocate my skin!
