This is da ultra hydration bomb! I have seriously never felt that way for any previous FA-safe toner. It's coconut-water based but it's not anything like coconut oil, in fact, I believe that may or may not even provide electrolyte, which is explains why it feels so hydrating. It's a light weight toner with some body to it but it's totally layerable. I definitely love this and can see myself using it in the future if it stays on the market.
