I often apply this on damp skin. Suitable for chest, neck, face and under eye area. It can be applied over another moisturizer (night). This can be used mixed into another product. Moisturizes well. Lost cost of less than $10.00 Canadian. I have also applied a small amount on the ends of my hair.
