This has done incredible things for my skin. I use this as an all-in-one shampoo, face and body wash. It’s mild enough to use twice a day as a face wash and just as often in the shower. It can be a little drying for hair, so a fungal-acne-safe conditioner is a good idea.
This is designed for babies with cradle cap, so it’s gentle enough for anyone to use but depending on how oily your skin is, you may need to use a moisturizer after cleansing. As I have gotten older, my skin has become less oily and I basically need to use an essence at least, if not an essence + moisturizer, after washing my face. Besides the fact that it can be a little drying, this product is my #1 can’t live without item in my skincare regimen because it’s so effective at keeping malassezia/fungal acne at bay. The pyrithione zinc is the main ingredient that kills fungus, and because it’s not an anti-fungal drug, it does NOT lead to drug resistant malassezia/fungal acne (which is a risk after extended use of antifungals)! HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you have been frustrated with other products.
